Great Grandma's Sugar Cookies

These are my family’s favorite sugar cookies. This is my great grandmother’s recipe, passed to me from my grandmother.
ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup crisco or butter
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tsp baking soda, mixed into milk
- 5 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
