Greek Feta Dressing

ingredients
- 4 oz Greek feta cheese
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 c extra-virgin olive oil
directions
Crumble the feta cheese into a large bowl. Add the garlic and lemon juice. Mash the cheese into the lemon juice with a fork. Add the oregano and pepper. Stir Gradually whisk in the olive oil. Whisk in 2 tbsp cold water. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for 24 hours. Shake well before using,
