Twice-Baked Potato Casserole
ingredients
- 6 med unpeeled potatoes, baked
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 lb sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 c sour cream
- 2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onion, chopped
directions
Cut potatoes into 1” cubes. Place in greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the salt, pepper, bacon. Top w/ half of the cheeses and sour cream. Repeat layers. Bake uncovered for 20 min @ 350 degrees or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with onions.
