Christmas Eve Crab Bisque
We generally have this bisque after we go to Christmas Eve Candlelight Service. It is the food of God. Might need a little pecan pie for the angels among us.
ingredients
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can condensed cream of asparagus soup
- 1 soup can of milk
- 1/2 pound crabmeat
- 2 Tablespoons sherry
- Cayenne
- Sour cream
- Parsley, optional
directions
Mix soups and milk in blender or with whisk until smooth. Combine with crabmeat, which has been cut in small pieces. Add sherry and cayenne; heat. Serve piping hot, topped with a spoonful of sour cream.
