Roll up Mini Sandwiches
ingredients
- Deli wraps, 1 per sandwich
- hummus or softened cream cheese
- lettuce leaves
- sliced turkey, ham, roast beef, etc
- sliced cheese
- mustard if desired

Spread deli wrap with hummus or cream cheese, almost all the way to edges.

On one half, layer lettuce, meat, cheese in that order. Carefully roll the edge with the filling on it towards the side that only has the hummus/cream cheese. Roll tightly and place seam side down on cutting board. Let wrap rest as you make the rest.

Slice wrap into approximately 1 inch pieces for appetizers. Serve immediately.

If serving later, wrap in plastic and keep in frig; do not slice until ready to serve.
notes
If making individual sandwiches, just slice in half. Wraps can be filled with any meat/cheese/salad, etc. Just fill on one side only and roll ttowards the unfilled side.
