Caramel Corn Recipe
Because you know we all eat snacks
ingredients
- 7 quarts popped corn
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
directions

1. Cook brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt for 5 minutes.

2. Add vanilla and soda, mixing constantly to controlthe incredible growth.

3. Coat corn with mixture.

4. Bake at 250 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

5. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
notes
Use a large roasting pan, cook the popcorn in 3 batches on the stove and dump into the roasting pan that was coated with PAM spray. Use a wooden spoon to stir the Carmel and the popcorn. Stir all the way to the bottom of the pan, and the middle, each time
