Chicken Yakisoba Salad
ingredients
- For salad:
- 2 pkgs yakisoba noodles
- 2 barbecued chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 0.5 red pepper and 0.5 yellow pepper, sliced
- 4-6 Chinese cabbage, chopped
- For dressing:
- 0.25 C sesame oil
- 0.5 C rice vinegar
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- a squeeze of lime juice

Combine ingredients for dressing, and pour over salad mixture.

Refrigerate until chilled.
