Christmas Buckeyes
ingredients
- 3 lbs powdered sugar
- 1 lb butter
- 3/4 lb peanut butter
- 3 8 oz. containers of Dulce Frutti chocolate
directions
Melt the butter, mix with the powdered sugar. Mix in peanut butter by spoon and then by hand to form a dough. Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour. Roll in to walnut-sized balls and dip in chocolate using wooden toothpick. Set on wax paper to cool.
