Chicken Piccata
Light and tastee!
ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 egg
- 3 T lemon
- 1/4 c flour
- 1/8 garlic powder
- 1/8 t paprika
- 14 c butter
- 2 t wylers chicken boullion
- 1/2 c water
directions

1. Beat egg adn 1 T lemon
- 2
2. Flour, paprika, and garlic
- 3
3. Dip chicken in egg mixture and then flour mixture
- 4
4. Brown in butter
- 5
5. Disolve boullion in water add lemon
- 6
6. Cover 20 minutes til tender

Serve with fresh roasted vegetables and rice or noodles!
