Apple Crisp
ingredients
- 6 cups sliced apples
- 2 T melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar (white or brown)
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 T butter, creamed
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 T flour
- 1 cup rolled oats

Combine apples, 2 T melted butter, 1/4 cup sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon. Pour into baking pan.

Separately, add 1/3 cup sugar and flour to creamed butter. Beat together. Stir in the rolled oats. Layer this mixture over the apple mixture.

Bake at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour or until done.
