Blackberry Grunt
Cooking class with Anne. Great summertime dessert.
ingredients
- 8 cups fresh berries (blueberries
- raspberries, blackberries)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 T. grated lemon zest
- Dough:
- 1 cup flour
- 2 T. sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 T. butter, melted
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 T sugar mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon
