Pumpkin Dessert
A yummy pumpkin dessert that puts a twist on a traditional Thanskgiving taste.
ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- cloves
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1- 29 oz can packed pumpkin
- 1-12 oz can evaporated milk
- 1 box yellow cake mix without pudding
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- whipped cream

Combine first seven ingredients in abowl and mix until smooth.

Slowly add milk and mix

Pour pumpkin minture into a 9x13 inch buttered pan. Sprinkli dry cake mix over the pumpkin. Top with nuts. Pour melted butter over entire pan, and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

Cool at lest one hour before serving. Top with whipped cream.

Calories per serving: 8,954 more or less. It depends on how many pieces you eat.
