Apricot Chicken
ingredients
- 6 to 7 boneless chicken breasts
- flour
- salt
- pepper
- oil
- Sauce:
- 2 18-ounce jars apricot preserves
- 1/2 brown sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon gray poupon mustard
directions
Roll chicken in flour with salt and pepper. Brown in skillet with oil on both sides. Lay in baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 350, 30-45 minutes until bubbly. Sauce is also good over rice.
