Michael's Roasted Red Pepper Pesto
Quick and Easy and Simply delicious!
ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups roasted red peppers
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 2 cups olive oil
directions

Put all ingredients in food processor (except olive oil) and pulse until smooth. Slowly add olive oil until well blended. Serve with Baguette bread.

Can be stored in refrigerator for up to one week.
