Sliced Steak With Bold Pepper Sauce

ingredients
- 1 Cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
- 1 Cup thinly sliced green bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3/4 Cup A-1 Original Steak Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. dry Sherry or water
- 1-1 1/2 lb. beef top round steak, 3/4 inch thick
directions
Cook and stir peppers in oil in skillet on medium-high heat until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Stir in steak sauce and sherry (or water); bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes, keep warm. Grill or broil steak 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Slice steak and top with warm pepper sauce.
