Janelle's Mexican Corn Dip
ingredients
- 2 small cans Mexican corn
- 1 small can corn, regular or shoe peg
- 1 bunch of green onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2-3 T. mayonnaise (for moisture)
- 1/4 bunch of cilantro
- Lawry’s seasoned salt to taste
- Cayenne pepper to taste
directions
Mix all ingredients together and serve cold with Fritos or corn chips.
