yummy yogurt parfaits
good for tropical picnics and beach dates and brunch or breakfast also great for appetizers
ingredients
- 2 cups custard-style vanilla yogurt(low or nonfat)
- 1 small can mandarin oranges (drained)
- 1 cup crispy rice cereal
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 small pint of yummy blueberries
- 1 small pint of raspberries and strawberries
directions
first put a couple of tablespoons of yogurt in the bottom of 4 juice cups. top with mandarin orange slices and a few spoonfuls each of rice crispy, pineapple and blueberries.add another layer of yogurt and top it off with yummy raspberries, blueberries and 1 strawberry on top and now you have a yummy appetizer.
