3 Tbsp. EVOO
2 carrots
1 small garlic head
1 (26 oz)jar marinara sauce
2 cans chicken broth
1 (15 oz)can cannelloni beans
½ tsp. red pepper flakes
½ cup small pasta
salt/pepper
Warm EVOO in large soup pot over med.-high heat. Add carrots, onion, and garlic saute till soft. Add jar of marinara sauce, broth, beans, red pepper, and pasta simmer for 10-20 minutes. Flavor with salt and pepper
