4-H Oatmeal Drop Cookies

ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 c shortening
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 T water
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1 1/2 c oatmeal
directions
Bake for 12-15 min @ 350 degrees
