Corn Casserole
ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, (seasoned)
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 package frozen corn
- 10 oz. Monterrey Jack Cheese, cubed
- salt/pepper to taste

Stir together sour cream and eggs,

add bread crumbs chilies and frozen corn, stir mixture

add cheese, salt and pepper

Bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Let set for 10-15 minutes before serving
