Yum Yum! Very Rich, Very very rich, but delicious
ingredients
- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 stick softened butter
- 1 lb Powdered Sugar
- 2 large eggs (topping)
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
directions
Mix the dry cake mix with two eggs and butter. Spread into a 9 x 13 cake pan. Mix the powdered sugar, remaining 2 eggs and softened cream cheese together. Spread on top of the cake mix. Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees, for 30 - 35 minutes. Cake will fall in the middle, but have a golden color on top. Cut it like bars, instead of cake - very rich.
