ingredients

  • Blanch tomatoes 30 - 60 seconds
  • put in cold water;remove skins
  • cut in quarters
  • Put in large pan
  • just enough water to cover and boil 5 min.
  • Put 2 TB lemon juice in jar
  • pack tomatoes
  • leave 1/2 inch head space
  • Add 1 tsp salt
