Pear and Avacado Salad
ingredients
- 1 pkg lime jello
- 1 303 can pears, quartered
- 1 pkg cream chees (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
directions
Make jello as usual. Add 1/2 cup lemon juice to jello and divide jello in 1/2. Place alternate slices of pear and avacado in 1/2 the jello. Mix other half of the jello with the cream cheese. When jello is set pour the cheese over the first mixture. Refrigerate.
