Pineapple Cheese Ball Appetizer
ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (not fat-free)
- 1 (5 oz.) jar Roka Bleu Cheese Spread
- 1 (8 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, very well drained
- 1/4 cup finely diced green or red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (if desired)
directions
Bring cheese to room temperature. Combine all ingredients except nuts. Chill in bowl for 1 hour. (Mixture is rather soft.) Form in ball or log, roll in chopped nuts. Wrap well and refrigerate overnight.
