The Wade's Gourmet Pizza
ingredients
- Dough:
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1 1/4 c warm water (110° to 115°)
- 3 1/2 c to 4 c flour
- 1/2 t salt
- Toppings:
- olive oil & garlic (let soak)
- 1 bag spinach leaves
- 1 jar sun dried tomatoes
- 2 tomatoes (sliced)
- 4 T scallions
- goat cheese
- artichokes
- black olives
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese
- asiago cheese

Dough:

1. Sprinkle yeast on warm water. Add 2 c flour & salt. Beat thoroughly. Add remaining flour & kneed until smooth & elastic, about 10 minutes.

2. Place in lightly greased bowl, turn dough to grease top. Cover & let rise in warm place until doubled (30 minutes).

3. Turn on board & knead just long enough to force out large bubbles. Divide in half. Roll each half to make an 11“ circle. Stretch each to fit oiled 12” pizza pan.

Toppings:

1. Take 1/2 of above toppings and place on pizza in order listed. Use other half for second pizza.

2. Bake pizza at 450° for 20-25 minutes.
