Aunt Diane’s Chocolate Truffles
I remember how much you love truffles!
ingredients
- 6 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbs + 1/2 tsp. sweetened cocoa powder
directions

Chop chocolate in food processor or with sharp knife. Place chopped chocolate in large bowl.

Heat cream until very warm; be careful not to boil.

Pour heated cream over chopped chocolate. Let stand 30 seconds, then blend.

Refrigerate mixture 1 hour. Remove from refrigerator and roll mixture into small round balls.

Roll chocolate balls in cocoa powder. Store in airtight container.
