Quick and Elegant Chicken

This recipe is one of my sister’s favorite.
ingredients
- 4 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 C sauteed mushrooms
- 2 C herbed stuffing mix
- 1/4 C melted butter
- 1/4 C white wine
directions
Flatten chicken breasts slightly and place in casserole dish. Top with cheese. Combine soup, wine and mushrooms. Pour over chicken and cheese. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle with melted butter over all. Bake uncovered for 45-50 mins at 350°.
