Cornbread, sausage, apple stuffing
ingredients
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 1 cup onion
- 1 cup celery
- 2 tbsp butter
- sage, rosemary, thyme
- 3 cups crumbled cornbread
- 3 cups stale bread
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 peeled, cored diced apple
- 1 tbsp poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- heavy cream to moisten
directions

cook sausage

saute onion, celery in butter

add seasonings

combine with sausage

add remaining ingredients

moisten with additional stock if needed
