ingredients
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cream of tarter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 cup flour (enough to make rollable dough)

Mix wet ingredients:

Add dry.

Roll out- cut.

Sprinkle with sugar.

Bake at 350oF 10-12 minutes.
