ingredients

  • 1 pd thin sirloin steak sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 medium onion sliced 1/4 inch
  • 1 medium red pepper sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 medium green pepper sliced 1/4 inch think
  • 1 Tbls olive oil
  • 1 Tbls garlic
  • 1 large tomato
  • 6 Mozzarella Cheese slices
  • 1 Head of iceberg lettuce sliced
  • 1 Tbls balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp Oregano
  • 2 Tbls Zesty Italian dressing
  • 6 Hoagie rolls

    Slice lettuce and place in a large bowl. Add vinegar, oregano, and dressing. Mix well. Put to the side

    Heat 1/2 of the olive oil. Sauté peppers and onions until very tender. Remove and keep warm. Heat other 1/2 olive oil and sauté sliced sirloin until done.

    Slice hoagie rolls lengthwise. Hollow out the center. Add condiments to taste. Put 4oz hot cooked beef and hot pepper mixture on top half. Put mozzarella slice on top. Put lettuce mixture and tomatoes on bottom half.
