Easy Crock-Pot Pork Tenderloin
ingredients
- 2 1b. pork tenderloin
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup Diet Coke
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt & pepper, if desired
directions
Place meat in bottom of 4- or 5-qt. crock pot and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix together BBQ sauce and soda and pour over meat. Add onion. Cook on low approximately 6 - 8 hours.
notes
Shred the meat with a fork and enjoy on whole-wheat buns. Yum!
