Mary Grosse - Cheesy Potatoes
ingredients
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 Stick Melted Butter (x2)
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- Dash of Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
- 4 Cups Shredded Potatoes (1-2 Lbs. Frozen)
- 2 Cups Corn Flakes

Mix all ingredients well & spread in pammed 9x13 pan. Layer on cheese.

Mix crushed corn flakes and 1/2 stick melted butter. Sprinkle over cheese.

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Let set 10 minutes before serving.

If you double the batch, it will fill a 9x13 pan full, but reduce the cheese.
