Brunch Casserole
Aunt Suella’s recipe!
ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 3 C. frozen has brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 t. salt
- 3 C. shredded cheddar
- 1/2 C. chopped green pepper
- 12 beaten eggs
- 2 C. milk
directions
Cook sausage in a skillet until browned, stirring to crumble; drain. Place hash browns in a lightly greased 13x9x2 baking dish; sprinkle with salt. Layer sausage, cheese, and green pepper. Combine eggs and milk, stirring well; pour over dish. Bake at 350° for about 50 minutes.
