Greek-Style Pork Pita Sandwiches
ingredients
- 1 pound boneless pork chops, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (recommended: Cardini’s)
- 2 pita pockets
- 4 Tbsp. cucumber dressing
- 1 small red onion, sliced thin
directions
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Toss pork and Caesar dressing together. Roast in shallow pan until lightly browned, about 10 to 12 minutes. Cut each pita in half and fill with pork, cucumber dressing, and some onion.
notes
You can make cucumber dressing by mixing plain yogurt, finely chopped cucumber, and greek seasoning.
