Sausage Biscuits
ingredients
- Brickford bread - 2 pkg.
- Italian olives, med container (half qt. or so)
- make 3 loaves plain, 3 with olives
- sausage 6 lbs.
- parmesan cheese
- mozzarella cheese, shredded
directions
Ahead of time prepare olives and sausage and put aside. Cook sausage till med done, not well done. Bread: put loaves on trays place in oven. Not more than 2 on tray because they grow. (cover with towels) leave in oven overnight the night before you are going to make the rolls. Flour the counter top. Roll out dough like a rectangle. One loaf at a time. Fairly thin to be able to roll. Sprinkle parmesan cheese. Little shredded mozzarella cheese. Add olives. Roll like a jelly roll. Cut them. Spray olive oil on pan and a little on rolls if too much flour is on the rolls. Place on pan and bake 350 for 10 to 15 minutes.
