ingredients
- Marinate chicken with:
- 1/4 c. olive oil and lemon juice (3 lemons)
- salt
- Dreg chicken in:
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- pepper
directions
Marinate chicken with: 1/4 cup olive oil and lemon juice (3 teaspoon lemons) and salt. Refrigerate for a few hours, turn chicken once. Dry chicken in paper towel to remove oil/lemon. For dreg chicken in: 1 1/2 cup flour and pepper. Cook for 25–30 minutes in 2 cup olive oil.
