  • 1 pkg. Pillsbury yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • Filling:
  • 3 c. pumpkin pie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 c. carnation milk
  • Topping:
  • 1 c. reserved cake mix
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. butter

    1. Reserve 1 c. cake mix for topping, set aside. Combine remaining cake mix, melted butter and egg. Press into 9x12 cake pan.

    2. Prepare filling by combining all ingredients until smooth. Pour into pan.

    3. Mix topping with reserved cake mix. Sprinkle over filling.

    4. Bake at 350° for 45-50 min.
