Dave's Homeade Salsa

This is Dave’s salsa that is famous at the Hogtropolis tailgates.
ingredients
- 6 Roma tomatoes
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 yellow onion (sweet yuma gold)
- 1 tomatillo
- 3 baby carrots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 jalapenos
- 2 serrano peppers
- 1 tbsp. cumin
- 1 tbsp. black pepper
- 1 tbsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. old bay seasoning
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. apple vinegar
- 1 lime
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

In food processor, mix until pureed:

carrots, garlic, onion, tomatillo, jalapenos and serrano peppers

Next, add in order:

Roma tomatoes (quartered), cup of cherry tomatoes, seasonings, cilantro

Chop in food processor until desired consistency.

Add oil, vinegar, and lime. Mix 15 seconds.
