Cheese/Broccoli Soup
ingredients
- 1 pkg Pioneer gravy mix
- 1/2 c cold water
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese (cubed)
- 1 1/2 c water
- 10 oz frozen broccoli
- 2 T butter
- 1/4 c onion
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 t pepper
- 1/2 t cayenne

Blend gravy with cold water until lump free. Bring milk to almost boiling. Pour gravy into hot milk. Wick well. Add cheese. Stir until melted

Cook second set of ingredients together for 15 minutes.

Blend with cheese mixture.

Cook 15 minutes on low.
