ingredients

  • 1 (2 lbs) pkg frozen has brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 (16 oz) carton of sour cream
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz)can of cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup (4oz) shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 c buttery cracker crumbs
  • dash of Tabasco

directions

Combine all the ingredients in a 13 x 9 greased dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs evenly and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
