Missy Potatoes

ingredients
- 1 (2 lbs) pkg frozen has brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 (16 oz) carton of sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4 oz)can of cream of celery soup
- 1 cup (4oz) shredded sharp cheddar
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 c buttery cracker crumbs
- dash of Tabasco
directions
Combine all the ingredients in a 13 x 9 greased dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs evenly and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
