Seafood Fettucine
ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- About a 1/2 cup or so chopped green onions
- 1 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb sea scallops
- salt and pepper to taste
- Old Bay to taste
- 2 cups fat free half and half
- 1/2 lb or so lump crabmeat
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- hot cooked fettucine
directions
In a large non stick skillet,melt butter. Add onions and garlic and saute until tender. Add scallops and shrimp and saute about 3 minutes until just done. Add 1/2 and 1/2, salt, pepper and old bay seasoning to your taste. Simmer for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly - DO NOT BOIL - Gradually fold in crab meat then sprinkle half of the cheese and turn gently until blended. Remove from heat and gently toss with hot cooked fettucine. Top with fresh chopped parsley and more grated parmesan cheese
