Carolina Cole Slaw
Make a big batch and enjoy all week!
ingredients
- 1 - 3lb cabbage finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup vinegar, cider apple
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1 tsp celery seed
directions
Combine vegetables in large bowl. In a small saucepan bring remaining ingredients to a boil; cool and pour over slaw. Refrigerate. Keeps for a week. Best after 24 hours.
