KIRSTEN OLSON'S CROCKPOT MEATBALLS
Savory sweet & sour meatballs featuring cranberry sauce and sauerkraut! Kim suggests doubling the recipe for a crowd or potluck.
ingredients
MEATBALLS- You can make your own, or buy frozen prepared (Kim suggests using Costco Italian meatballs).
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1 pkt Lipton onion soup
- 1 can cranberry sauce
- 1 can sauerkraut
- 1 bottle chili or cocktail sauce
- 1 bottle water
- Make enough sauce to just cover the meatballs.

Bake 90 minutes at 300°.

Place in crockpot.

SAUCE

Simmer 15 minutes, then pour over meatballs. Or simply mix together with meatballs in crockpot.
