Works with any vegetable or potato
ingredients
- Mushrooms (assorted)
- Red onions (quartered)
- Peppers (red, green, orange) cut into 3/4 inch strips
- Hungarian peppers (for heat)
- Chopped garlic
- Olive oil (generous to coat)
- Oregano, basil, salt, pepper
- Can use cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, etc.
- Potatoes (pre-cook for 5 mins by microwaving or boiling)
