Sour Cream Pumpkin Pie
A lower-calorie, or lower-point, version of a traditional treat!
ingredients
- 15 oz. can pumpkin puree
- 2/3 c. light sour cream (I prefer Daisy)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. fat-free egg substitute
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 refrigerated pie crust

Try a pumpkin-pie-like treat with even less guilt: 16 oz. can pumpkin; 8 oz. tub cool whip (thawed); 1 large box vanilla pudding (sugar free); 1 tsp. ginger; 1 tsp. cinnamon. Mix together, refrigerate, enjoy!
