Robin's Chicken Spaghetti

ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken or 6-7 chicken breasts
  • Reserved chicken broth
  • 14 oz. spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 small can chopped black olives
  • 10 oz. grated cheddar cheese

My good friend, Robin Lindsey, shared this recipe with me when our children were small. I use two cans of cream of chicken soup and omit the cream of mushroom soup. It's a family favorite!
