Fabulous Cornbread Stuffing
This is becoming my annual Thanksgiving stuffing recipe.
- 16 oz. bag cornbread stuffing mix
- 9 1/4 oz. bag Fritos (or 2 cups crushed)
- 1 large onion, roughly chopped
- 5 ribs celery, roughly chopped
- 2 tsp. sage
- 2 tsp. thyme
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 cans chicken broth, plus extra to moisten
Make Thanksgiving easier by preparing this dish the night before. Refrigerate overnight and bake the next day. Enjoy!
