Hash Brown Scalloped Potatoes
ingredients
- 1 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
- minced onion to taste
directions
Thaw potatoes and mix all ingredients. Place in long, 3 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle top with grated parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 45-60 minutes.
