Shredded Beef Tostadas
Serve this with lettuce, tomato salsa, queso fresco and re fried beans.
ingredients
- 2 lbs. beef rib-eye
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 lime juice
- 3 clove garlic
- 1 lg.onion chopped
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 small can chipotle pepper with sauce
- 1 bag stacked tostadas

Throw all ingredients into crock pot and cook on high for 6 hours and low for 8 hours. Add 1 tbs. lime (or lemon) juice just before serving.

Place a few tablespoons of meat on warmed tostadas and top with what ever you like.
