Joe's Pesto Dip
Easy Provasoli classic
ingredients
- 1 bunch baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 cup cashews, chopped
- 10 cloves garlic, crushed and peeled
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
directions
In blender add all ingredients. Blend to pate’ like texture. Refridgerate. Serve chilled. Freezes very well
